Rounding Cape Fear

10/23 s/v Trouble Update:
Sailed all night. A few rain squalls came through and turned the wind off which then my autopilot couldn’t steer and started its alarm. Once that squall passed I was able to get speed again and let the autopilot do her thing. Before sunset, I did have some really nice breeze and got the boat to 10.5 knots which is pretty good. I toned it all down before dark. Today the wind died in the morning and I started motor sailing again. Also, some occasional rain squalls have been chasing me. Not much traffic as I head toward Cape Fear. Wind should pick up as the squalls pass by and I can shut the diesel down.
